By using Twomiah Ads you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Twomiah Ads is an advertising management platform operated by Twomiah. We help you create and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You must have authority to manage the ad accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for your ad content and compliance with each platform's advertising policies.
• You are responsible for your ad spend. Twomiah Ads facilitates campaign management but does not guarantee results.

3. Our Responsibilities

• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data secure.
• We will not use your connected ad accounts for any purpose other than providing the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Twomiah Ads is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twomiah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including ad spend or campaign performance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will revoke platform access and delete your data upon request.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
