• Account information — name, email address, and business details you provide during setup.
• OAuth tokens — when you connect a Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok account we store access and refresh tokens so we can manage campaigns on your behalf.
• Advertising data — campaign performance metrics, ad spend, and configuration retrieved from connected ad platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf.
• To display campaign performance in your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about your account.

3. Google API Scopes

We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to read and manage Google Ads campaigns on your behalf. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the Twomiah Ads service to you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• The ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) as required to manage your campaigns.
• Infrastructure providers that host our service (e.g., Render, PostgreSQL hosting).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. All connections use HTTPS. Access is restricted to authenticated users on a per-tenant basis.

7. Your Rights

You may disconnect any ad platform at any time, which revokes our access. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@twomiah.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
